All movements left to right are front stance, front to back are walking
stance
§ Ready stance.
1. Turn 90 left, moving left foot out into a left walking stance and
perform a left low block.
2. Step with right foot into a right front stance and punch with the
right arm.
3. Rotate 180 right, step with right foot into a right walking stance
and perform a right low block.
4. Step with left foot into a left front stance and punch with the left
arm.
5. Turn 90 left (front) into a left walking stance and perform a right
inside block (reverse block).
6. Step with right foot into a right walking stance and perform a left
inside block (reverse block).
7. Turn 90 left into a left walking stance and perform a left low block.
8A. Perform a right front snap kick.
8B. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and punch with
the right arm-
high section.
9. Turn 180 right into a right walking stance and perform a right low
block.
10A. Perform a left front snap kick.
10B. Step down with left foot into a left front stance and punch with
left arm - high
section.
11. Turn 90 left into a left walking stance and perform a left high
block.
12. Step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and perform
a right high
block..
13. Rotate 270 left into a left walking stance and perform a right inside
block (reverse
block).
14. Rotate 180 right into a right walking stance and perform a left
inside block (reverse
block).
15. Turn 90 left into a left walking stance and perform a left low block.
16A. Perform a right front snap kick.
16B. Step down with right foot into a right walking and punch with the
right arm.
17A. Perform a left front snap kick.
17B. Step down with left foot into a left walking stance and punch with
the left arm.
18A. Perform a right front snap kick.
18B. Step down with right foot into a right walking stance and punch
with right arm and
YELL!!!
§ Rotate 180 left into ready stance.
