TAEGUEK SAM-JANG (3)

§ Ready stance.
1. Turn 90 left, moving left foot out into a left walking stance and perform a left low block.
2A. Perform a right front snap kick.
2B-C. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and quickly perform a right and then
left punch.
3. Turn 180 right, step with right foot into a right walking stance and perform a left low block.
4A. Perform a left front snap kick.
4B-C. Step down left foot into a left front stance and quickly perform a left and then right
punch.
5. Turn 90 left (front) into a left walking stance and perform a right high section knife - hand
strike to side of neck.
6. Step forward into a right walking stance and perform a left high section knife - hand strike
to side of neck.
7. Turn 90 left into a back stance and perform a left knife - hand block.
8. Step forward with left foot into a left front stance and punch with the right arm (reverse punch).
9. Rotate 180 right into a right back stance and perform a right knife - hand block.
10. Step forward with right foot into a right front stance and punch with the left arm (reverse punch).
11. Turn 90 left (front) into a left walking stance and perform a right inside block (reverse block).
12. Step forward with right foot into a right walking stance and perform a left inside block (reverse block).
13. Rotate 270 left into a left walking stance and perform a left low block.
14A. Perform a right front snap kick.
14B-C. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and quickly perform a right and then
left punch.
15. Rotate 180 right into a right walking stance and perform a right arm low block.
16A. Perform a left front snap kick.
16B-C. Step down with left foot into a left front stance and quickly perform a left and the right
punch.
17A. Turn 90 left (back) into a left walking stance and perform a left low block.
17B. Immediately punch with the right arm.
18A. Step forward into a right walking stance and perform a right low block.
18B. Immediately punch with the left arm.
19A. Perform a left front snap kick and step forward into a left walking stance.
19B. Do a left low block.
19C. Immediately punch with the right fist.
20A. Do a right front snap kick and step into a right walking stance.
20B. Do a right low block.
20C. Immediately punch with left fist.
