§ Ready Stance
1. Turn 90 left into a left front stance and perform a left arm low
block.
2. Slide left foot back to an open stance and perform a hammer fist
strike with the left hand.
3. Turn 180 right into a right front stance and perform a right low
block.
4. Slide right foot back into an open stance and perform a hammer fist
strike with the right hand.
5A. Turn 90 (head) left (front) and step forward with the left foot
into a left front stance and perform a left
inside block.
5B. Remain in the same stance and immediately perform a right inside
block (reverse).
6A. Perform a right front kick.
6B. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and perform
a back fist to the face with the
right hand.
6C. Remain in the same stance and perform a left inside block (reverse).
7A. Perform a left front kick.
7B. Step down with the left foot into a left front stance and perform
a back fist to the face with the left
hand.
7C. Remain in the same stance and perform a right inside block (reverse).
8. Step forward (hard) with the right foot forming a right front stance
and perform a back fist to the face with the right hand. YELL.
9. Turn 270 left into a right back stance and perform a knife hand outside
block with the left hand.
10. Cover right fist with left hand, step forward with right foot into
a right front stance and perform a high section elbow strike to the
jaw with the right elbow.
11. Turn 180 right into a left back stance and perform a knife hand
outside block with the right hand.
12. Cover left fist with right hand, step forward with left foot into
a left front stance and perform a high section elbow strike to the jaw
with the left elbow.
13A. Turn 90 left into a left front stance and perform a left low block.
13B. Remain in the same stance and perform a right inside block (reverse).
14A. Perform a right front kick.
14B. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and perform
a right low block.
14C. Remain in the same stance and perform a left inside block (reverse).
15. Turn 90 left into a left front stance and perform a left high block.
16A. Perform a right side kick (middle section).
16B. Step down with right foot into a right front stance and perform
a left elbow strike to the palm of
the right hand.
17. Turn 180 right into a right front stance and perform a right high
block.
18A. Perform a left side kick (middle section).
18B. Step down with left foot into a left front stance and perform a
right elbow strike to the palm of
the left hand.
19A. Turn 90 left into a left front stance and perform a left low block.
19B. Remain in the same stance and perform a right inside block (reverse
block).
20A. Perform a right front kick.
20B. Jump forward without lowering right foot to the floor into an x-stance
(twist) and perform a back
fist (high section) with the right hand. YELL.
