Taeguek Chil-Jang (7)
Tiger stance: weight mostly on the back foot and knees slightly bent.

§ Ready Stance
1. Turn 90 to the left, step with the left foot into a left tiger stance and perform a right palm block
2a. Perform a right front snap kick (middle section).
2b. Step back with the right foot into a left tiger stance and perform a left inside block.
3. Rotate 180 to the right, step with the right foot into a right tiger stance and perform a left palm block.
4a. Perform a left front snap kick (middle section).
4b. Step back with the left foot into a right tiger stance and perform a right inside block.
5. Turn 90 to the left, (front) step with the left foot into a back stance and perform a low section double knife hand block.
6. Step forward with the right foot into a back stance and perform a low section double knife hand block.
7. Turn 90 to the left, step with the left foot into a left tiger stance - simultaneously place the left hand fist under the right elbow and perform a right hand palm block (middle section).
8. Remain in the same stance and perform a back fist to the face with the right hand.
9. Rotate 180 to the right, swing arms, step with the right foot into a right tiger stance and simultaneously place the right fist under the left elbow and perform a left hand palm block (middle section).
10. Remain in the same stance and perform a back fist to the face with the left hand.
11. Turn 90 to the left, (front) into an open stance, slowly lower open palm crossed hands from the head down to the belt, slide into a closed stance and punch open left palm with right fist.
12a. Step forward with the left foot into a left front stance and simultaneously perform a left outside block
and a right low block.
12b. Remain in the same stance and simultaneously perform a right outside block and a left low block.
13a. Step into a right front stance and simultaneously perform a right outside block and a left low block.
13b. Remain in the same stance and simultaneously perform a left outside block and a right low block.
14. Rotate 270 to the left, (face right) into a left front stance and simultaneously perform left and right outside blocks, grab opponent with both arms.
15a. Perform a right knee strike (middle section).
15b. Jump into a right twist (crane) stance and simultaneously perform left and right side kidney hitting punches (inward punches).
16. Step back with the left foot into a right front stance, simultaneously open up arms and chest, then perform a low section crossing block.
17. Rotate 180 right by moving the right foot back into a right front stance and simultaneously perform left and right outside blocks, grab opponent with both arms.
18a. Perform a left knee strike.
18b. Jump into a left twist (crane) stance and simultaneously perform left and right side kidney hitting punches (inward punches).
19. Step back with the right foot into a left front stance, simultaneously open up arms and chest, then perform a low section crossing block.
20. Slide the right foot back and turn 90 to the left (front) into a left walking stance and perform a left side back fist strike (high section), open palm.
21a. Perform an outside/inside (crescent) kick with the right foot to the left palm.
21b. Step down with the right foot into a horse riding stance and perform a right elbow strike to the left palm.
22. Move into a right walking stance and perform a right side back fist strike (high section), open palm.
23a. Perform an outside/inside kick with the left foot to the right palm.
23b. Step down with the left foot into a horse riding stance and perform a left elbow strike to the right palm.
24. Move into a back stance and perform a left knife hand block.
25. Close left hand as if grabbing your opponent, step with the right foot into a horse riding stance and perform a right hand punch (middle section). YELL!!!!
