§ Ready Stance.
1A. Step forward into left back stance and perform a both hand wrist
out side block.
1B. Perform a right punch stepping into a left front stance.
2A-B-C-D. Left jumping front snap kick with yell and do a left inner
middle block and right and left
punch.
3. Step forward into a right front stance and do a right punch.
4. Turn left 270 degree into a right front stance facing left and perform
a single right mountain block.
5. Do a right uppercut with left fist on the right upper arm.
6A-B. Cross left foot and do a single left mountain block stepping into
a left front stance with right
foot and facing right.
7. Do a left uppercut with right fist on the left upper arm.
8. Rotate 270 degree left into a right back stance to face front, pivoting
on the ball of left foot and do
a left knife hand middle block with right hand on the solar plexus.
9. Step forward into a left front stance and punch to the middle section.
10A-B. Do a front snap kick with right foot, step down back with the
kicking leg into a leg walking
stance, step back with left foot into a right walking stance, pull right
leg back into a right
tiger stance and do a right palm block.
11. Turn left stepping up into a left tiger stance with left foot and
perform a left outside middle
block with both knife hand.
12A-B. Do a left front kick, step down with the kicking leg into a left
front stance and do right
punch.
13. Draw the left leg back into a left tiger stance and perform a left
palm block.
14. Turn 180 degrees right into a right tiger stance and do a right
outside middle block with both
knife hand block.
15A-B. Do a front kick with right leg, step down into a right front
stance and do a left punch.
16. Draw the right foot back into a right tiger stance and perform a
right palm block.
17. Turn 90 degrees right into a right back stance and do a right low
block with the both fists.
18A-B. Do a left front kick and do another right jump front kick in
the air.
18C-D. Land on the floor into a right front stance and do a right middle
block and left punch.
19. Turn 270 degree left into a left back stance facing L-3 and do a
left out side knife hand block.
20,21A-B. Step forward into a left front stance and do a right elbow
strike, right back fist and left
punch.
22. Turn 180 degree right into a right back stance facing R-3 and do
a right outside knife and block.
23, 24A-B. Step forward into a right front stance and do a left elbow
strike, left back fist and right
punch.
