* Physical conditioning: Special programmed cardio exercise, you will have strength, stamina,    flexibility, speed and endurance. You will work up a sweat !

* Self-defense: Through learning how to punch, kick, throw, block and grapple you will learn how to    defend yourself. Experience Grandmaster Kim's special martial art !

* Self-esteem: By respecting each other and also having physical confidence, you will have
   self-esteem.

* Release Stress: By shouting and screaming when you punch, kick, block and spar, you will    experience releasing your stress and anger.
