
* Mental
discipline to achieve better grades: Grandmaster Kim will give them
meditation every class and introduce martial art
breathing to calm down their emotions.
* Developing cognitive ability
for scholastic achievements: Through learning a programmed
set of blocking, kicking and punching, called forms,
they will increase their cognitive ability.
* Self-Defense: By learning kicking, punching,
blocks and grappling, they will have physical and mental
confidence. So they will know how to defend themselves.
* Posititve mental attitudes: During class
they will learn Taekwondo skills and they will have a lot of positive
feedback for their achievement from Masters and Instructors.
* Physical fitness:
At beginning of every class, students do 5 minutes of specialized physical
conditioning. After six months they will improve
themselves in flexibility, power and speed.
* Convenient after school hours: Our school
has two rooms which can offer a convenient schedule by age,
belt and time.
