Kick together, stay together

* Build family bonds: Through sharing time, sweating together and helping each other family members    can build stronger family bonds.

* Getting to know each other better: Since you are sharing the same hobby you can discover things     about each other that you didn't notice before. Parents can deal with their kids well and fascilitate     their learning.

* Physical conditioning: Special programmed cardio exercise, you will have strength, stamina,    flexibility, speed and endurance. Be sweat !

* Self-defense: Through learning how to punch, kick, throw, block and grapple you will learn how to    defend yourself. Experience Grandmaster Kim's special martial art.
