There were over 400 competitors at the 2009 Hanmadang competition. Master Kim was an official at this competition. This was the first National Open Hanmadang that was held in the U.S. This was a great opportunity for Americans to compete in this competition without traveling overseas. Master Kim would like students from our school to try their competitive skills at the next Hanmadang.
