§ Ready stance.
1. Turn 90 left into a right back stance and perform a knife hand middle block with both left and right hands.
2. Step forward with right foot into a front stance, bend left palm hand inward and perform a right spear – hand strike to middle section.
3. Turn 180 right into a left back stance and perform a knife hand middle block with both left and right hands.
4. Step forward with left foot into a front stance, bend right palm hand inward and perform a left spear – hand strike to middle section.
5. Turn 90 left (front) into a left front stance and simultaneously perform a knife hand high block with the left hand and a knife hand neck strike with the right hand.
6A. Perform a right front kick.
6B. Step down with the right foot into a right front stance and punch to the middle section with the left arm
(reverse punch).
7. Perform a left side kick.
8A. Step down with left foot, turn quickly and perform a right side kick.
8B. Step down with right foot into a left back stance and perform a knife hand middle block with both left
and right hands.
9. Turn 270 left into a right back stance and perform an outside block with the left arm.
10A. Perform a right front kick.
10B. After kicking, step back with the right foot into a right back stance and perform an inside block with
the right arm (reverse block).
11. Turn 180 right into a left back stance and perform an outside block with the right arm.
12A. Perform a left front kick.
12B. After kicking step back with the left foot into a left back stance and perform an inside block with the
left arm (reverse block).
13. Turn 90 left (back) into a left front stance and simultaneously perform a knife hand high block with the
left hand and a knife hand neck strike with the right hand.
14A. Perform a right front kick.
14B. Step down with the right foot into a right front stance and perform a back fist strike to the face with
the right arm.
15. Turn 90 left into a left walking stance and perform an inside block with the left arm.
16. Punch to the middle section with the right arm (reverse punch).
17. Turn 180 right into a right walking stance and perform an inside block with the right arm.
18. Punch to the middle section with the left arm (reverse punch).
19A. Turn 90 left into a left front stance and perform an inside block with the left arm.
19B-C. Remain in the same stance and punch with the right arm and then the left arm (reverse double punch
middle section).
20A. Step forward with the right foot into a right front stance and perform an inside block with the right
arm.
20B-C. Remain in the same stance and punch with the left arm and then with the right arm. YELL!!!
(reverse double punch middle section).
