The Tae-Baek mountain range in Korea includes the sacred
mountain Keum-Gang San, and Tae-Baek Mountain itself is said to be the
birthplace of Dan-Gun, the legendary founder of Korea.

The pattern of this poom se is a capital I.

From parallel ready stance:

Base line
Turn 90° left, executing a high knife-hand X block, then form
a right cat stance with a twin knife-hand low block.

Execute a middle front snap kick, remaining on the ball of the left
foot until the impact of the kick, then advance to form a right front
stance, executing an obverse middle punch immediately followed by
a reverse middle punch.

Turn 180° right, executing a high knife-hand X block, then form
a left cat stance with a twin knife-hand low block.

Execute a middle front snap kick, remaining on the ball of the right
foot until the impact of the kick, then advance to form left front
stance, executing an obverse middle punch immediately followed by
a reverse middle punch.

Out line
Turn 90° left to form a left front stance, executing an obverse
knife-hand side high block and a reverse high upset knife-hand strike.
